Pick up some markers, crayons or colored pencils and color away!


Listen to uplifting music and meditate on the words while you color. Or color during your prayer time to help keep you focused.


When you’re done coloring, jot a little note on the back and pass along the calm to someone else — print on thick paper so it’s like a greeting card. Or use as wrapping paper for a small present. Or write down whatever thoughts, questions or insights that came to you while you were coloring.
